COVID-19 Awareness at Palm Clinic

To our valued clients,

All of us at Palm Clinic send our thoughts to you and your families during these uncertain times. It’s times like these that we draw together to look after each other and keep each other safe.

Our priority is the safety of our patients, staff, and all our families. Palm Clinic continues to be vigilant with our cleaning practices and for the past few weeks now, we have been screening patients to help identify anyone at risk and requesting that they not visit Palm Clinic.

The main message from the Ministry of Health is to KEEP IT OUT which will help to slow the spread of COVID-19, so that our public health services can manage.

Adhering to the Ministry of Health guidelines:

  • If you have been overseas in the last 14 days, you must self-isolate and not attend Palm Clinic (or other appointments).
  • If you feel unwell please stay at home, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
  • Call Healthline on 0800 358 5453 if you have any symptoms of concern, have been to countries of concern, or have been in close contact with someone who has travelled or has confirmed COVID-19.

We will continue with normal services at Palm Clinic and will be strictly adhering to facility cleaning and personal protective protocols.

We hope that you and your families stay healthy, and we appreciate your support in keeping our community safe.

We appreciate the situation is changing daily and will provide updates in the event of changes to our response. Please feel free to contact our customer care team with any queries around your appointments.

Kind regards,
Sam Dunn
