Medi-facials treat a broad range of skin concerns including fine lines, acne scarring, pigmentation and sun damage, dehydrated skin, skin texture, blocked and enlarged pores, and sensitive skin.

Your treatment will be selected and matched to your skin type and New Zealand’s atmospheric conditions that will be affecting your skin. As a result you can expect your skin to feel softer, smoother, brighter, and better able to absorb vital nutrients without disrupting its delicate barrier function.

What to Expect From Your Treatment

Our expert skin therapist performs hour-long medi-facials containing chemical peels to create optimal results for your personal skin requirements.

Step One: Consultation
If it’s your first skin therapy treatment at Palm Clinic, our therapist will perform an initial consultation to discuss your skin concerns and design your personalised treatment. You will be advised on what frequency of treatment is recommended as well as pre and post-treatment care.

Step Two: Cleanse
The medi-facial will begin with a double cleanse alongside lymph drainage techniques.

Step Three: Chemical Peel
This is followed by an exfoliating chemical peel designed for your skin’s current condition.

Step Four: Hydration
Your skin will be further treated to deep hydration and nourishment through facial massage and other infusion modalities.

Step Five: Aftercare
Finally suitable aftercare and sunscreen will be applied.

Step Six: Pure Mineral Makeup
We stock a full range of clinical, pure mineral makeup ranging from subtle tinted sunscreen to full coverage foundation which we will be happy to apply at the end of your treatment if desired.

Medi-Facial Costs

Mild: A mild or introductory strength medi-facial costs $180 and is performed in one hour.

Medium: A medium strength medi-facial is $195 or $360 for two sessions, each of which is an hour long.

Advanced: Advanced medi-facials are quoted in person and treatment times will vary. Please note that advanced treatments will not be performed for first time clients.
