Dermal fillers help to turn back the clock

Dermal fillers are a brilliant tool in the world of appearance medicine. These gel-like substances are injected into the skin to defy lines, soften folds and balance any asymmetries in the face. At Palm Clinic, we have a range of dermal fillers available; our most popular being Juvederm. Both are non-animal hyaluron fillers made up of the same hyaluronic acid that naturally occurs in our skin. These are the safest forms of dermal fillers and an ideal choice for skin rejuvenation.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is responsible for keeping our skin looking youthful and we are born with plentiful amounts of it. Over time, our HA stores deplete and this causes facial creases to appear. With products like Juvederm, we can now give targeted areas of the face the boost of HA it needs to bring that youthfulness back to the skin.

By drawing moisture to the area, our dermal fillers hydrate and smooth out the texture of the skin. The results are seen immediately after the short procedure and you can go about your day as normal once you leave the clinic. If you are considering a treatment for lines and wrinkles, our Juvederm will give you natural, long-lasting results.

Juvederm comes in a range of different strengths to suit the depth of your facial creases. From fine lines to deep skin depressions, Juvederm can offer any level of skin rejuvenation.

Unlike other hyaluron dermal fillers, the consistency of Juvederm is different. As it is softer, it tends to spread more uniformly under the skin to achieve more natural and subtle results.

We will discuss the four forms of Juvederm in detail in your consultation with us. Once we have assessed the areas of concern, we will be able to choose a strength to suit you.

  • Juvederm Refine for very fine lines
  • Juvederm Ultra for fine lines and wrinkles, particularly around the eyes and mouth
  • Juvederm Ultra Plus for filling deeper folds like you would find between the nose and mouth
  • Juvederm Voluma is the thickest of the Juvederm products, used for larger areas needing volume replacement such as cheekbones, chin and cheeks. Voluma is often referred to as a ‘liquid facelift’ for its ability to recreate youthfulness.

Why choose a dermal filler?

For a quick procedure, minimal discomfort and long-lasting results, dermal fillers can offer many of the changes of a facelift without the down time. At Palm Clinic, our Juvederm products can offer the most natural and rejuvenating results that will leave you feeling refreshed and youthful.

Here at Palm Clinic, we will assess the whole structure of the face to avoid any unnatural imbalances that targeting a single area may cause.

Treatments last between six months and two years. Towards the end of this period, the results begin to soften so there is no dramatic change. All you need to do is come back for a quick top up to begin another period of smooth and hydrated skin.

If you are considering a non-surgical facial enhancement, give us a call and make an appointment to discuss a dermal filler.

Our primary goal is to achieve the safest and most natural result for you.

Here at Palm Clinic we believe in creating the result that you want alongside delivering the results we feel are achievable for you and these will be discussed in a consultation. We aim for a refreshed and rejuvenated look rather than any results that shout “medical procedure”.

We have developed this approach from our experience and knowledge of what works best and from what you tell us you want. And most of our clients want to look their best, at any age and as you age, without looking treated.

For an individual and tailored approach to your facial rejuvenation needs, contact Palm Clinic for a consultation. It is the first step in putting your facial rejuvenation dreams into motion.
